Terms of Service/Guildlines
< Commission guildlines may change depending on each customer's individual cases >I only offer digital art commissions.
All final artworks will be sent to the customer through Ko-Fi messages or VGen! (If possible)
This is to avoid compression and be guaranteed the customer will receive the highest quality.
Communications between me and the customer shall be through Ko-fi messages, VGen, Discord, Instagram, or X.Please always provide clear details and references for your commission.
The customer may request updates at any given time!I reserve the right to refuse any request.
Please respect my boundaries on what I will and won't draw.I do not permit any of my works to be used in AI image generation, NFT's, or cryptocurrencies.Altering/removing my signature/tag is not allowed.Commissions are for personal use only!! (Unless discussed beforehand)
Please always credit me if you are sharing/displaying it anywhere, and let me know!
You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the work as your own.All payments are made through Ko-fi, Stripe, or VGen in USD. (Paypal accepted as well, but not recommended)
Either full payment before rough sketch, OR, half and half (before sketch, and before completion.)I will send the customer a blurred/heavily watermarked screenshot of the current drawing, AND THEN provide the less watermarked/unblurred drawing after payment is reveived.
This is for the safety of me and my customers, and prevent scammers/sketch farmers.
(Not applied to VGen and KoFi customers)Work will begin after the purchase and payment is received.
Prices may vary based on complexity of requested details.Most pieces are completed around 2-14 days. Completion depends on how detailed the commission is.Commissions include free revisions during the sketch/rough draft phase.
Any extra/major changes will have additional fees depending on the details requested.Full refunds and cancellation are only available before official work has started, this doesn't include rough sketches.
Once I begin the commission, partial refunds and/or cancellation may be discussed based on progress.
If you request a refund/cancellation, I will send the you the work I have completed, and will keep the full/partial payment depending on how much was completed as compensation for my time.If the commission is just a sketch, refunds are not an option.
No refunds after the commission is completed and delivered.Discounts may be applied depending on the complexity and amount the customer has commissioned.I reserve full copyright and rights to display the work in my portfolio or social media unless otherwise discussed.
If you prefer your commission to remain private, please inform me beforehand!Any personal information you provide (such as email, username, reference images, or order details) will be used only for completing and delivering your commission.
